Export and Import the Points Table

This option is included in SearchWell so that, if a new version requires a new copy of the database, you will not loose any points that you may have modified or entered

•A : Export - SearchWell will create a comma separated file with all your Points information.  This is stored in the SearchWell Output files folder, and it should be executed before you copy a new database onto your computer so that any change you have made to the Points Table is backed up

•B : Import - once you have copied the new database onto your computer, you will execute the Import option and any changed you had made to the Points Table previously will be stored in the new database.  If for some reason you have not exported the points, SearchWell keeps track of all the changes you have made to the Points table and stores this in the SearchWell Output folder in a sub-folder called Data.  This file can be loaded into the Points Table and all the changes (new points, changing points information and deleted points) will be made to the new database.

•C : this gives an idea of the progress of the import and will end at the total number of Points that were processed
